Sikaflex P2G exceeds all federal requirements for FMVSS 212 / 208. This Urethane Adhesive can be used primer-less on Windshields. however; We recommend using primer on the side windows, unlike most windshields the side windows are vertical and the primer will bond to the van walls easily for a proper installation. Sikaflex P2G Urethane Adhesive is designed for use in replacing direct-glazed automotive glass windows.

Single Application Primer is a solvent-based black primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.
Primer fluoresces under long-wave UV light for a limited period of time. This feature is used for in-process control.
